Multi-channel Information Distribution
Summary
The same information can be configured with multiple distribution channels: for example, pushed to different IMs simultaneously, or automatically archived to a designated location while sending notifications.
Flow
- Add multiple integration instances as needed (e.g., Slack, Telegram, WeChat Work, Webhook, etc.).
- Associate one or more integration instances as distribution targets in topic or subscription configurations.
Impact
When information matches the corresponding topic or subscription, the system will distribute it to each channel in parallel according to the configuration and record the sending result of each channel for easy tracking and troubleshooting.
